CDM-Certified Dietary Manager REQUIRED
Our client is seeking Patient Service Supervisor. Reports to the Director of Food & Nutritional Services Department.
CDM REQUIRED. Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in organizing work forces, budget and production goals. Health Care Experience is a plus. Understanding knowledge of diets, safety, infection control, sanitation and tray deliveries. This permanent role is with a facility located just outside of Norfolk, Arkansas.

Responsibilities of a Patient Service Coordinator-Food & Safety:
- Help train new and existing food service staff in policy and procedures of the hospital.
- Objectively evaluate employees' job performance annually in a timely manner.
- Interview and select food service applicants for employment, in conjunction with the Director.
- Prepare work schedules and area assignments for food service employees, maintaining a balance in staff in all areas and maintain cleanliness of the department. Monitor attendance and punctuality of all food service staff.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to maintain appropriate records and documentation of work performed and other required paperwork.
- Consistently assist patients, guest, nursing, and staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and implement activities to produce maximum cost containment without compromising quality and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of food allergies, diets, infection control, patient safety, forensic safety, and isolation procedures, actively supporting and promoting strict adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined in the departmental manuals.
