Job Description
Job Title: Registered Dietitian
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Overview:
The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
What you will be doing:
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide nutrition education to the community.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training on working with a frail or elderly population will be provided!
Other Information:
- Pay starting at $83,200 - 93,600/YR
