Position: Imaging Manager

Location: Hyde Park, New York

Type: Permanent and Full-Time Position

(Salary Range: $85k-110k/yearly)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Radiology Services Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operational activities for the Radiology Department. The position’s major responsibilities are managing all operations including the delivery of care, human resource management, capital and operational budgeting, equipment oversight, financial management, and performance improvement. The Radiology Services Manager will also maintain technical duties, performing patient diagnostic imaging.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of relevant medical imaging experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Experience with effectively managing resources and budgets.
  • Ability to work independently and to use initiative and independent judgement.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audience, including employees, physicians, Senior Management, and vendors.
  • In addition to supervisory duties, this person will also scan during the week so an extensive background in ultrasound is required.
  • Oversees Radiology department
  • Will perform Ultrasound scans when needed, so Ultrasound background is required
  • Must be ARDMS certified and have Ultrasound experience
  • Must have extensive Imaging background and leadership experience
