Skills Required for the Lead Echo Sonographer (RDCS Registered):
- Current RDCS registry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Echo Sonographer
- BLS required
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiography or advanced imaging with current certification in respective modality
- Possess an in-depth understanding of echocardiography imaging techniques, protocols, and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of echo sonographers. Additionally, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team are paramount for success in this role.
