Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics for patients of all ages.
• Provide personalized hearing care solutions, including fitting and adjusting hearing devices.
• Educate patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and the use of hearing aids and other assistive devices.
• Ensure excellent patient care by following best practices and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state Audiologist License in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.

• US work authorization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000, potentially earning $95,000 - $100,000 annually with a 4% bonus on collected hearing device revenues.
