Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure tone, speech, and impedance testing.
- Provide personalized hearing care solutions, including fitting and adjusting hearing devices.
- Educate patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and the use of hearing aids and other assistive devices.
- Collaborate with primary care and ENT physicians to deliver integrated patient care.
- Ensure excellent patient care by following best practices and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's in Audiology from an accredited program (Au.D. preferred).
- Current and valid Audiologist License in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, and vestibular assessment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- US work authorization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary, with potential earnings up to $100,000, including a 4% bonus on hearing device revenues.
- Benefits Package: 20 hours of combined PTO, 6 paid holidays, SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match, coverage for professional and licensure fees, and a health insurance stipend.
