Position Highlights:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary, with potential earnings up to $100,000, including a 4% bonus on hearing device revenues.
• Benefits Package: 120 hours of combined PTO, 6 paid holidays, SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match, coverage for professional and licensure fees, and a health insurance stipend.
• Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's in Audiology from an accredited program (Au.D. preferred).
• Certifications: Current and valid Audiologist License or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals. Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, and vestibular assessment is a plus but not required.
• Sponsorship: US work authorization required.
