Assistant Director of Nursing

A facility located in Nebraska has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their growing team! $5,000 Sign-On & $5,000 Relocation Bonus!

Pay: $37.00 - 47.00/hour (contingent on experience)

Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity:

• Full-time, Direct-hire position
• Schedule: Day shift | 40 hours/week
• Setting: Acute Care | ACU/ICU

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Supervise, mentor, and manage nursing staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Assist in budgeting, resource management, and staffing, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources while maintaining optimal patient care levels

Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Current/Active NE RN license
• BSN Required
• Med Surg or ICU experience highly preferred
• Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
